"Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Note: The assigned scripture memory for this week is just verses 6 and 7. I can't bear to break up the passage, though, and will try to memorize the whole thing.
This picture is perfect for this verse. It is a long passage, but when you think through each part it is easier to memorize. I learned it while doing aerobics- not as pretty a picture as your walking by the way. :)
