January's First Day Photos
A few months ago, I joined my friend Nicole at Journey to Josie in her monthly look at everyday life. Sometimes the first day of the month falls on just an ordinary day, and sometimes it falls on a holiday. New Year's Day at our house included a Disney movie marathon, two kids recovering from last night's Youth Group lock-in at church, and beautiful weather for playing outside.

We didn't share your beautiful weather; it rained all day long. We did have nap time, too, at least I did. Your scenery is beautiful. Happy New Year!
